Booking policy:
Booking your appointment with us is easy and convenient! You can schedule your visit anytime through our website, which directs you to our Square booking system.If you don’t see a time that works for you online, feel free to reach out to us directly. we’re happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
Please note: A credit card is required at booking to secure your appointment.
Cancelation & No show policy:
We understand that life happens, and plans sometimes change! To provide the best service to all our guests we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more in advance: No fee, and you’re welcome to reschedule at your convenience.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment:
A $65 cancellation refundable fee will apply, but you can still reschedule your appointment.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, a $150 no-show fee will be charged to the card provided at booking. We ask that you please respect our time and the time of other guests by notifying us if you cannot make it.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling experience.
